On May 2nd, Austill’s Educational Therapy Services had the privilege of sponsoring and attending the Chester County Special Olympics. Under bright skies and with even brighter smiles, our team joined hundreds of students, families, educators, and supporters to celebrate ability, perseverance, and community.
Our booth was buzzing with fun and energy! With our Wheel of Prizes spinning and our Jumbo Lite Brite, students were eager to participate, interact, and play. It was a joy to see so many familiar faces from schools we serve, as well as to connect with new families, educators, and community members. The day was filled with laughter, movement, cheering, and meaningful moments.
But more than anything, this event was a testament to the strength, determination, and inspiration of the students who competed. Watching them take the field with courage and confidence reminded us why we do what we do.
At Austill’s, our occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech-language pathologists work every day in schools to support students like those we cheered for while helping them gain the skills and confidence they need to fully participate in their education and lives. Whether it’s through improved mobility, communication, sensory regulation, or daily living skills, our therapists play an essential role in each child’s success.
We are so proud to be part of this incredible community and to continue supporting students both inside and outside the classroom.
