Austill’s works with numerous well-respected university systems to provide clinical fieldwork opportunities in Pennsylvania that prepare emerging professionals for entering into the workforce. Austill’s clinical fieldwork program will guide you through the process of becoming a highly skilled, school-based occupational, physical and speech-language therapist. Our new therapists and students receive all the resources they need, combined with individualized attention and support, which results in a successful transition into their career as a school-based therapist.

Every clinical student is paired with a dedicated, licensed supervising therapist who provides:

Weekly check-ins
Feedback on clinical skills
Observation and co-treatment opportunities
Guidance on communication with teachers, families, and IEP teams
This individualized approach ensures students are supported while building independence.
