Austill’s Educational Therapy Services is proud to be therapist-led. Our Educational Therapy Services Team is made up of experienced school-based pediatric OTs, PTs, and SLPs who provide ongoing mentorship, clinical guidance, and real-world school-based support throughout your entire career with Austill’s.

Mentorship

Austill’s offers a comprehensive Mentorship Program designed for therapists at every skill level including recent graduates, clinicians transitioning into school-based practice, and seasoned therapists looking to expand their expertise.
Our mentor team customizes learning to help you strengthen your treatment skills, assessment practices, documentation, IEP participation, and school-based service delivery.
Austill’s therapists have the opportunity to be paired with an Austill’s Master Therapist who collaborate with our Educational Therapy Support Team to ensure you receive the right balance of support, independence, and professional growth.

Referral Incentive Program

Earn rewards for helping us grow our team. Our Therapist Referral Program offers bonus incentives for introducing qualified school-based OTs, PTs, and SLPs to Austill’s. (part-time and full-time!)

Austill’s Master Therapist Program

Our Master Therapist Program empowers school-based OTs, PTs, and SLPs to advance their skills and step into leadership roles by becoming Master Therapists themselves. Through this program, experienced clinicians have the opportunity to mentor colleagues, guide less experienced therapists, and provide clinical supervision in school-based settings. This pathway allows you to share your expertise, shape the next generation of therapists, and grow as a confident, skilled leader while continuing to make a meaningful impact on students’ learning and development.

Supervision of OTA/PTA

Austill’s therapists have the opportunity to supervise occupational therapy assistants (OTAs) and physical therapy assistants (PTAs), fostering collaborative care while strengthening leadership and mentoring skills. This hands-on experience allows school-based clinicians to enhance their clinical oversight and team management abilities in real-world educational environments.

Clinical Fieldwork Supervision

We provide structured fieldwork supervision for student clinicians pursuing OT and PT degrees. School-based therapists can guide future professionals through hands-on learning in school settings, offering mentorship that supports student development while reinforcing their own expertise in pediatric and school-based therapy practice.

Presenter for Continuing Education and In-Services

Austill’s encourages therapists to share knowledge and lead presentations for colleagues, school staff, and continuing education sessions. This includes in-services on therapy techniques, assessment tools, or school-based interventions, giving clinicians the chance to expand their professional profile, strengthen public speaking skills, and contribute to a culture of learning within school communities.
